Hotel Only Booking

COMPLIMENTARY

This package is for those of you who know where you want to go (maybe you even have a hotel in mind) but you want to add just a touch of “VIP” to your experience.

When you book your hotels through me, you’ll benefit from my network of partnerships across the world, often resulting in exclusive perks and amenities—all at no extra cost to you.

*This package applies to all-inclusive resorts and cruises as well!*

This package does not apply to Air BnB bookings. If you are interested in a home or villa rental, I have a network of trusted and vetted suppliers we could explore.

Destination Lookbook

$175

Do you have no idea where you want to go?? Would you like to get an idea of what a vacation might look like in a few different places?

With the Destination Lookbook, I’ll put together a sample itinerary—including hotel options—for three different destinations.

This way, before committing, you can know what you’re committing to.

(p.s. you can convert this into a partial itinerary or full service itinerary!)

Partial Itinerary Planning

Starting from $250 USD per week of travel

Do you have your destination(s) in mind but you’re not sure where to stay, what to do, or where to eat?

Do you still like a bit of on-the ground spontaneity and/or like to still be involved in the planning? Then this package is for you!

With the Partial Planning package, you’ll get your accommodations booked, plus the following:

  • A curated guide of recommended activities, but you maintain flexibility for booking and organizing on your own

  • Recommendations on where to eat and drink, in line with your preferences.

  • Airport transfers

Full Service Planning

Starting from $450 USD per week of travel

This is for those of you who want to arrive at your destination with a fully customized itinerary in hand, such that you don’t have to think about a thing. You’ll know exactly what you’re going to do each day because every detail has been thoughtfully curated for you.

With the Full Service package, you’ll get everything from the prior packages, plus the following:

  • All of your activities and excursions specifically organized and booked

  • Booking of airport transfers + any inter-city/inter-country transportation

  • Ongoing management of all activities and transportation items

  • Down time thoughtfully placed throughout your itinerary, in accordance with your travel preference

  • An optional pre-departure video meeting to go over the itinerary in detail so that you feel completely comfortable with your trip

  • Priority travel support from me during your trip

Itinerary Review

$75

Maybe you’re well-versed in planning trips. Maybe you even love to do it! (Or, maybe you’re just a bit of a control freak! No judgment). Understandably, maybe you don’t want to hand the entire trip over for someone else to plan.

But maybe you’d like the peace of mind of having a professional check over your itinerary and just make sure you’re not missing anything.

When you book an Itinerary Review, you’ll get professional insight into the itinerary you’ve crafted. Does your order of operations make sense? Did you make sure Versailles is open the day you have it scheduled for? Do you want to make sure the AirBnB you picked is in a good location?

Whether you want to do a phone call, a video call where we literally screenshare and go over your itinerary day-by-day, or whether you just want to e-mail me your itinerary and have me make comments/suggestions - whatever system works best for you, we’ll make sure that by the end, you feel 100% confident in your trip.
